WARM UP: PVC Snatch Practice

BUY IN:  Partner Burpee Ladder 1-8

STRENGTH: 

Snatch Triple Pull x 3

WOD:  

Max rounds in 12 minutes

1x 1-arm BB  power snatch (65#/45#)
1x Reverse BB Turkish get-up (start from overhead position)

  1. Very different WOD today. Wasn’t sure how this one would shake out. Gotta say I really liked it. 5am was all over the board with bell curve around 40ish. Tip of the day – don’t spend a whole lot of time on the reverse TGU. Balance it and get down. Rinse and Repeat.

    Fairly new skill for me so – I would like to see this WOD again in a couple of weeks (hint hint).

  2. 5am was something else today! The testosterone in the room pushed Leslie and I all the way to the back…….we should have opened the doors…….men are hilarious 😉

    Dick, great job this morning…..not everyone was on their best behavior!
