    1. OK first things first, Rx 12:40. I am pretty sure I started the 3rd round right at 6 minutes and then the wheels came off the cart, pull ups not good but not bad, push ups felt like slogging though wet cement.

      As to the video, this progression is a completely new approach for me. MU’s as I was taught was much more like a pull up with almost all the focus on the grip, the proper track for the arms to pull. Here the explosive hip in both halves of the movement is the focus, I must say with just seeing it, I prefer this video, because of the “Kip-Hip focus” however, I still see the value in the skill details of the pull in being combined for the most efficient technique.
