    As for my workout….yikes those dang double unders!

    SWOD: 5×5 of Back squat, Bench Press, Clean & Jerk

    WOD: 4 Rds RX and some change (a few Split Jerks). The barbell wasn’t the issue. The double unders took me forever!

    Cash Out: Weighted Pullups; 10 reps w 35 db, 8 w 45db, 6 w 60db
