    My lungs shut down on this one. The dang burpees left me completely “winded”. Splits were :58, 1:29, 1:45, 2:24 (!!WTH?!), 2:09, 2:13, 2:50 (Rx w 185 ~ 60 % 1RM).

    Great triplet. As usual I would like a “do over” with this little beast.
