WARM UP: Push Ups and Lunges

BUY IN:  Little Cindy

STRENGTH: Back Squats 3×3 @ 95%

WOD:

3 rounds
10x Chest to bar pull-ups
10x Front squat (165#/115#)
10x Burpees

Cash Out: 

100 x Sit Ups for time

Billy CRUSHED it, with the only sub 7:00 Rx of the day.

It’s easy to let fatigue make burpees sloppy, Kendyl was having none of that.
