    Chris F smoked it again this morning, sub 8 i believe (if my memory is holding up).

  4. The way DU’s started I was afraid I’d be there all day, but around round 3 I found my groove when i stopped watching my feet and just looked forward. Not sure why that helped but went unbroken from then on so that is my new technique.
