    Ok so it’s been an hour and a half yet I’m still sweating from running around “the office”. For once I’m looking forward to sitting down for a little while.

    Tried to stay steady and constantly moving on the wall balls and box jumps, then just run as hard as I could. Fastest rd as per my watch was 1:48 and slowest was 2:35.

    Oh and tabata double unders are evil. Just sayin.

      Nice Job Dick! That was a jump in the endurance pain pool for sure. 80+ Wall Balls, 120+ box jumps and a mile all within 20 minutes. Did anyone complete 9 rounds?
