Nothing like max squats for a minute before a rowing sprint.

Definitely looks like the third round.

  1. I got back on the pull up bar this morning. I had to use a bigger band than normal, but I accomplished the full task.

    Then Hunter and I tore up the rowing WOD with a 19:28. Not as good as a couple of teams at the 5am class, but for me coming off the gimp bench that is a great time… 🙂
