We told all the athletes that couldn’t get the HSPU to “up” their push- up. Kendyl definitely did that.

    Crawl fest?.. yay.. by yay I mean crawling really really sucks.. Like I’m not sure I’d care for it less if you threw a few broken bottles on the mats.

    But I’m excited to get to try a muscle up!
