    SWOD: wu 8@45, 3@115, 3@135, 3@155, 2@155, 3@155, 2@155. The sets at 2 reps I failed on the third rep more technique than fatigue.

    9:55 Rx. Double unders killed my time. Wish I would have had somebody to run a watch in the 3 rds of DU’s. I could swear the third was fastest.

    2:52 on the cash out sans ab mat.
