  1. I enjoy dropping in on different CFSB classes and enjoying the unique dynamics of that class. Today I got to workout with the 6am group and they were great. Added bonus, got to see some 5am people that I haven’t seen in a while, hi Lynn Stewart 🙂 Did WOD with 35# with time of 13:35.
