    Scott: We did a VERY different WOD given the rain. I can promise you it would have taken me 6:25+ just to do the pull ups in that WOD. Very nice job.

    Rainy Day WOD was

    30 Squat Jumps
    15 Push Ups
    20 Box Jumps
    15 Push Ups
    30 Lunge Jumps (or whatever they are called)
    15 Push Ups
    20 Squats
