WOD:

5x Push-press (95#/65#)
10x KB swings (53#/36#)
15x Squats

    So I did my basic math wrong & did 95lbs instead of 85lbs on PP. 95lbs was my 1RM back in May! 😀 I upped my KB weight, & managed to knock out 6 rounds & an extra 22 (alllmost 7 rounds). Felt pretty good with that & the extra weight! Workin’ my way up to RX one of these days…
