WARM UP: Ultimate Stretch  

BUY IN:   KB Gauntlet

STRENGTH: Front Squats 4 x 4 @ 80%


For max rounds
On the minute perform the following complex
1x KB swing + 1x KB high pull + 1x KB Squat (70,53#)
Add 1 rep to each movement every minute thereafter.
Continue until you cannot make the requisite number of reps during a given minute.
Your score is the number complete rounds.

Cash Out: 

 Sit Ups x 2min

This might be a little tougher than it reads.

The grip turned out to be a critical factor with the “big bell”.
