WOD:

15x Pull-ups
10x Power clean (135#)
5x Thruster (135#)

    20 min AMRAP of:

    10 BW Bench press
    10 Strict Pull Ups
    10 Double Unders

    After the first round 2 be round I stripped the weight down to 155 from 175. Finished 6 rds + 7 bench press. I finished each round doing singles on the bench. I haven’t done bench in so long that this was a little unsettling.
