STRENGTH:   Near Max Dead hang Pull Ups x 4

WOD:

Power Snatch (70% of 1 RM): 5-4-3-2-1

OHS: 10-8-6-4-2

Sit-Ups: 15-15-15-15-15

Cash Out: 

 100 x Double Unders

Taylor nails full extension, triple extension, (hips, knees, ankles) and at 5am to boot.

Paislea too, but she did get an extra hour of sleep.
