    Big props to Kim, Sheryl, Cass and Kimmey this morning. These ladies are really “up-ing” their game.

    Big JimJim representing the “seasoned” age group w a solid Rx performance.

    And Ryan O still hates the cold and anyone who beats him at double unders (Roger).

    Casey is such a freakin’ Hoss that she destroyed her personalized “Pittsburg Steeler” jump rope. Don’t mess with that woman.

    As usual all the crazy personalities make my day so much brighter. Thanks for comin’ in folks, “you complete me” seems sappy yet appropriate.
