    This is my first rx workout 9:11. Two months with crossfit Silverback and I’m hooked. Twenty five pounds lost and one pant size down. Lots more has change I could go on forever. Great workout today and can’t wait till I’m having my 4yr anniversary with crossfit the JimJim.
