BUY IN:   KB Swing and Snatch

STRENGTH:  Back Squat 4×5 @ 75%

WOD: 

Max rounds in 10 minutes
5x KB snatch, left arm (70/53#)
5x KB snatch, right arm (70/53#)
10x Push-ups

Cash Out: 

TGU Sit Ups x 2 min
