    Gonna let my vanity and curiosity show through here. We didn’t write down strength poundages on the whiteboard today. So, I’m curious where I fall in the mix. When I finish in about an hour I’ll post my weights and times since I’m doing this in my garage and can’t see or write on our board. Anyone else care to share? It’s cool if you don’t. I’m just trying to keep up w Ryan and Roger. It would be cool to see how I stack up pound for pound w the larger framed gentlemen in the box. I’m 42 and 175 by the way. Please include your age and weight so I can compare my chicken leg runner legs to yours.

    Stopped there. Not a PR but right at it. I didn’t want to go any longer than 5 attempts. Did I have a PR in me? maybe because I didn’t go to failure. but I will take that 220

    WOD: 19:15 @ 135

    That was pretty heavy for me for the last couple of sets.
