ENDURANCE SEMINAR: SATURDAY, JUNE 22, 10am to 2 pm with Coach Dick Douglas
CrossFit is an aid to any athlete, but for the endurance athlete it can be tricky to get the balance of distance and intensity. Our philosophy based on observation is one modality shouldn’t undercut the other. You will to learn from a seasoned veteran how to balance your training and enhance your efforts in both areas.
A long time endurance athlete Dick made it to middle age in great shape, ready to take on 50k runs or full distance triathlons and still sling some serious weight. All of this is done through a combination of training modalities, nutrition and rest. Dick is certified in both CF Endurance and CF Mobility will share his formula for success and help you plan out your assault on your goals while staying healthy.
*Not looking for a marathon or tri, but you still know you have an “ugly run” this will help you as well.
