Coaches’ Notes:  Hey Silverbacks, Our assault on the legs this week is reaching a peak with todays WOD.  Fran is not a bad indicator of weight selection here, at least as a very broad rule of thumb.  What might be the limiting factor for many is the squat clean itself.  Remember, form is paramount and weight is only one way we increase the intensity.  Good luck.
