2 Snatch on odd minutes
10 Pull ups  on even minutes

Coaches’ Notes:  Hey Silverbacks.  If you have good form an EMOM is the absolute best way to groove those good habits, or give the coaches a chance to ID the bad ones and get’em outta there.  We will spend the warm up and buy in getting you in snatch mode but we have to get in our strength training for the big day in Dec.  So keep the snatch weight crisp and snappy.  Don’t worry it’ll still suck.
