 Coach’s Note:  Hey Silverbacks, I have to tell you I fell in love with this little gym as soon as I read it.  a stand alone round doesn’t look all that intimidating.  9 Toes to Bar? I got that,  right?  It’s sneaks up on you like a Grizzly, 5 minutes into this thing it becomes obvious whatever your expectation you probably underestimated this one.  A great finish to the week so you can take an offday before we finish up the Whole Life Challenge on Saturday.
