Coach’s Note:  Hey Silverbacks, Another one of our Monday named workouts.   If you want to be a purist then you will probably be thinking about doing all 100 of these in order.  However, if you want to keep the hands healthy and the soreness to a minimum and generate the same amount of work in less time then I would recommend breaking this up into 10 rounds.  Think about it.
