Coach’s Note:  Hey Silverbacks, running and burpees, I know it doesn’t really seem like there is an upside here.  Well we are still nursing some sore bits from Angie and there is nothing like some burpees to remind you how important good running form will keep the bear at bay.  Tomorrow Angie recovery is over.
