30 sec Electric Chair Toss
30 sec Seated Toss
30 sec Partner Twist
Repeat

Athlete 1 Rows 500 while Athlete 2 Jumps. When both complete switch.

Athlete 1 completes 5 deadlift while Athlete 2 holds locked out. complete 50 as a team.

Toes to bar sets of 5 while partner hangs.
