Warm-up

With a partner

50 x lateral Burpee

50 x Snatch 75/55

50 x Box Jump

50 x Thrusters 75/55

50 x Chest to Bar Pull Ups

One person performs the movement while the other holds the “Turkey” (medball 20/14). Turkey must be tossed between partners every rep on box jumps and burpees and every 5 reps on snatch, thruster, and chest to bar. Lateral burpees over bar is performed, both partners on same side of bar. One partner holds the turkey while the other jumps over the bar, does the burpees and jumps back to the original side where they exchange the turkey.
