I’ve gained muscle, genuine results and the most loving and supportive workout community

When I first joined CrossFit Silverback, over a year ago now, I had been stuck at the same unhealthy weight for…I don’t know how long.  I went from working out 6 days a week at the gym for about 12 hours a week, (thinking more would produce better results…) to working out 4 to 5 hours a week at my CrossFit box lol.  So, I’ve lost about 40 lbs since and counting.  Plus, I’ve gained muscle, genuine results and the most loving and supportive workout community anyone with a fitness goal could ever wish for.
