    Sorry I missed out today. I felt sick when I got home from work yesterday and took some Advil and felt fine. Then I woke up at 2AM with cold chills, took some more Advil, and then woke up at 4AM drenched in sweat. Not sure what bug bit me but I figured you all would prefer that I keep it to myself. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

    Maybe it’s from sticking your fingers in everybody’s mouths all day long. Didn’t your mother ever teach you not to do that. You might catch something.

    Been out since Monday. Both kids have the flu. I’m sure I’m a carrier or something and don’t want to bring that in the gym. I really need a good workout. I’m going crazy here.

      A typical breakfast for me is chicken breast, scrambled eggs, and spinach. Pretty much a breakfast salad.
