  1. Yea….it hurts to sit down, it hurts to stand up…it pretty much just hurts!

    BS 1RM was at 340#. Same as 2 months ago. I was pretty spent after just working up to that weight.
    WOD – also did BS @ 185 and push ups. 5:10.

    Tip of the day – Vaughn is like the muscle car that pulls up to the line next to you. You know he is big and you know he is fast, but he never lets you know just how BIG or how FAST he really is until you push him around a little. Just be careful when you do push him around. Still not sure he’s giving us 100%! yea Vaughn…I’m calling you out. After watching you crush 350# (I think) he pumped the breaks and took the next exit off the highway. There was lots of motor left!!!!!!
