  1. 9. I thought I was going to throw up near the 5th round. I had to stop and stare at the bar for a good 30 to 40 seconds. Matt watched in silence as I tried to send mental telepathy messages to him. My brain was asking him if it was ok to quit. He never said anything unfortunately as I imploded. pullups never got too hard but man my lungs were sure coming up my throat.
