    My finger did NOT like today’s WOD. I should have gone lighter to see how it would hold up. As it ended up, as soon as I made the first pull on the hang clean, that was all she wrote……. 🙁 . Power cleans were no problem.

    I’m just curious if Vaughn was smiling during the mile relay. He was the first person I thought of when I read this WOD
