I’m going to assume the local community center in Dickinson, ND doesn’t have the equipment I’ll need for this WOD. Then again, you might call for finding the heaviest thing I can find, lifting it over my head, then throwing it as high as I can. I’m looking forward to finding out what it is.

Ok, the newbie is scared! This will be day 2 for me, and I have no idea what to expect on this one!

I survived the WOD, and I will tell you that it is very different from what we’ve done before in the past. I’d love to tell you a whole lot more about it, but if I told you, I’d have to kill you! πŸ˜‰

Can’t make the usual 4:30 class today – hate to miss. I’m dying to know the secret! See you tomorrow.

Jonathan said it best, “Constantly Varied” and it is definitely that!

However, I preferred my second WOD of the day.

equipment: lounge chair, swim suit, pool, good book

Read 2 chapters, dip in the water
    AMRAP in 30 min.
