The Valenator was my partner 🙂
    we did 75#
    Val got 71 reps
    I got 66 reps

Thanks for being my partner! 🙂

Had a blast, Laura… we kicked some butt!! Sorry you bite your tongue off (is tongue appropriate for the WHole9?? lol)… Don’t be nervous about Monday… just get it done… then you can cross it off your “to do” list…

Today was the first time I have ever done a power lifting move like this in my life. Thanks Matt and Amy for being patient so supportive. Amy was my partner, and I couldn’t do NEAR as many reps, but I still feel a huge sense of accomplishment. She was a great partner.

Ok….after the above post I am wondering what Murph is. Hmmm….

Today me and a buddy did a little modified Angie, 5 rounds of 10 pull ups, push ups, sit ups and squats with full body armor. 7:24 not to bad I guess but everyone was freaking out about kipping pull ups, I’m defiantly not around crossfitters.
