TIME TO GO UNDERGROUND AND GO APE!!!

As an old Marine I know no more simple and yet devastating training partner than a sandbag. ¬†By using the sandbag instead of the barbell we create new movement patterns, gain response from different muscles and apply our “gym” muscles in an even more functional fashion. ¬†Everybody today gets to test themselves in a whole new way, what more could you want (don’t say air conditioning).

First, the Clean and Press

Then, how bout a couple of squats?

Don't worry we have Ladies' sizes as well.

And then we can finish up with our new friend the Turkish Get Up - Sit Up. Uh Oh
