Bear Crawl + 3 x Pull Up, Weak Side Hop + 3 Pull Up, Strong Side Hop + 3 Pull Up, Broad Jump + 3  x Pull Up, Jumping Burpee + 3 x Pull Up


Squat x 10 min


For time: 3 rounds

Pull Ups x 10, Push Ups x 15, Sit Ups x 20, Squats x 25, Rest 1 min.

    k Matt, that “do a squat and hold it for the 2 minutes during a commercial” isn’t working too well here. Feeling pretty uncoordinated that the kids just drop into it no prob, but me- not so much. Next the goldens think I am getting on eve level just so they can slurp my face. Been knocked over twice by one dog. Didn’t have these obstacles at the gym this morning.

  3. Matt, just because I grew up in SE Asia doesn’t mean I want to do the rice patty squat all day! I was mentally laughing though because I was picturing all the locals over there doing it. I remember our 70+ year old gardener doing it like it was nothing….puts me to shame!
