I just can never get used to Todd on box jumps. I doubt the box's will either.

    I’m that graceful, huh? Boxjumps and I have a mutual dislike for one another. 19:56 Rx. I predict a sub 18 minute performance by Ryan Y.

  2. 29:45. Ring Pullups, 16″ box until I wiped out in round 4, single unders and 1/2 boy 1/2 girl pushups.
