    Probably should have done 135 or 140 so that the time domain would have been faster. Ego and peer pressure wouldn’t allow me to drop the weight down though. After getting my rear kicked by my 17 year old in a race this past weekend I had to salvage some of my youthful pride.

    1. You do 10 Thrusters, 10 SDHP, 10 Swings, 10 deadlifts and then start over moving to 9 reps of each movement. It’s harder than it looks….like usual. 😉 I did it RX’d in 10:55 and was very winded at the end.
