    Kinda thinking the SWOD is worse than the WOD today.

    SWOD: Pullup; 22,18, 33, 25
    HSPU 5, 4, 9, 10 (last two were feet on wall @ approx 5′)

    WOD: 6:42 @ 115# (Arms were smoked for WOD… see above. Math calculations say I should have been at 120-125 so I went on the easy side and still broke the last round into small bites)

    Cash out: 180# (these dang things never get easy do they)

    6:30 with a steady work pace. I was not able to do the second or third rounds without breaking…argh.

    Dr. Oakley did a pretty good job lighting this one up this morning. 5:48, and I know he had a little fuel left.
