    GIC must have been grumpy when the SW wind was blowing smoke from the BBQ into the confines of Silverback Nation. In an effort to retaliate, he is going to create a little smoke of his own….from our shoulders. Let’s hear it from the AM Silverbacks?

    So sad 🙁 to miss today’s WOD especially given the DUs. I need my body to recover from the stomach flu so I can get back to the box. Few more days of rest…and then back to the excitement of the box. Miss you all!
