“Brawl Gone Bad”  Teams of up to 5, 1 athlete per movement.  Performing a fixed number of reps the team cannot rotate stations until all reps are complete at all of the teams stations.

For time R1 21 all stations, R2 15 all stations, R3 9 all stations. NO REST

    Nice to see the new faces Gary, Carrie and Ken.

    I really can’t get over the warm up………that was a workout any day in my book 🙂

    Saturday was my introduction to the Silverback tires and for the sake of curiosity I’m wondering how much those tires weigh. Any guesstimations?

    The WOD rocked! I love any WOD with a 21-15-9 rep count as it feels like a downhill sprint.
