Casey and Zach's competitive spirit reminded me that "You don't have to be faster than the bear, just the other guy"

Late post due to technical difficulties, the IT dept has been beaten severely and we should experience no further issues.

    dunno about “fierce intensity” but I’d say the looks on the faces of Zach and Casey say it all about this wod. The Bear is aptly named.

      oh yeah, 7:42 with 95#. Should have gone heavier. Why? It’s going to hurt anyway so might as well get credit for slinging something heavy.

    I am shocked that Christina hasn’t posted today!! Christina finished first today!!!! Great job……you have come so far!

    The bear is mean and heavy. Zach and Brad, Thanks for the push today. If you guys hadn’t been in my direct line of vision I would have been much slower. 7:34 65lb

    Note to the afternoon class………..more rest meeans more work. Slap the bear and go as hard and fast as you can.

    Wow, this was a tough one.
    Normally I like the really nasty ones but I’m not sure about this one . . . . . .

    Did 45#bar on TGUs and had to back off to 35KB for last set.
    Did 7 minutes and 58painful seconds on the WOD with 95#s

    Way to go Nico, especially after two rounds of convict-wrestling this afternoon!

      Definitely not an “easy” one. Finished in 7:19 with 95lbs. Had to sub air squats for front squats due to some interpersonal crisis management at work which aggravated a lower back issue. This was a rough week all around and I could not have made it through these WOD’s without the Silverback Nation there for support.

    Well I’ve slept on it and am still sore-as-hell, this one’s a keeper! Great one for tenderizing the whole body.
