WOD 04-01-2010

Same as Wed:  Why? We believe every workout should be approached with maximum intensity to achieve the greatest results in the least amount of time.  So three days in a row is about as hard as we can go before the intensity level becomes unsustainable (out of self preservation I imagine), rest and nutrition are inextricably intertwined with our workout and demand equal respect.  Pick Wed or Thurs to attend and take treat the other like the half-time show during your CrossFit week (pom-poms optional).

You know, Crossfit always says be ready for the unknown and the unknowable……..well that is what has happened with the KD/Warm-Up. We had all gotten so used to Run/Skip and Ultimate Stretch and maybe some jump rope to warm up…….it was comfortable. So now instead of taking comfort in the things we know and just wondering about the WOD………it’s all a mystery. This is so Matt 🙂 Thanks for keeping us on our toes!

Ok, we are live on facebook. Search crossfit silverback and you’ll find it. Become a fan today! And for those of you groaning, “oh great, facebook…”, remember this: your kids are either on it, or will be. It’s a great way to keep tabs on their actions (and their friends). Sign up, it’s free and you can impress all your friends with how tragically hip you’ve become.

Uploaded about 75 photos from the last six months. Kind of cool to see how the box, and athletes, have progressed over that time. Now we can all add our pithy comments to the photos.

Matt – I had to set myself up as administrator. If you provide me the disc with all the photos, I can create more albums. Also, I’d like to get a better logo in a square format. The gorilla face will do for now, but the horizontal banners don’t translate well to thumbnail versions.
