“Squeeze Me”  Three intense movements that  require whole body recruitment of muscle while at the same time compromising your ability to fully expand your diaphragm aka “I can’t breathe”.  On the upside, no rowing today.

    Heavy 65% of deadlift made it tough to move the weight fast. Combined with wall ball and burpees, this left me drained. Time was either 11:31 or 13:11. Eitherway, it was tough.

        I believe you have a “female” stopwatch the leans towards a faster time for females. I know how ‘you guys’ stick together.

        Negative, I believe you and your “female” stopwatch favors the ladies. Us guys know how ‘you guys (ladies) stand by each other.

    Unable to breathe is right! 255 was a very heavy on the DL and only 62.9% of my 1RM not quite the requisite 65%. Hard to pull that much weight quickly! Nice to use the beautifully applied wall ball targets for the first time. Time was a slow 11:01!

    OOOHHH..I have another name for this workout only I cant post it. Just kidding Matt. It wasn’t an easy workout, but it was great joining the 9:30 group on Wed. Casey great coaching and I forgot to say thanks for doing those final burpees with me. DL 125# time….Wait for it…..15:?? Sometimes all you can say is “I finished it !” or “WHO’S THE MAMA!”.
