Same As Yesterday, WHY?:  If your body isn’t telling you to take a day off after 2 or 3 workouts, you need to up your intensity.  Here we expect that level of intensity and build in an off day to accommodate rest without missing a workout.

      I wanted to come and do the Dirty Thirty again but thought Matt might chastise me.

        We didn’t do KTE’s either.
        Your right, he would probably say take a break, but I understand…….I do love a chipper. I can already tell you what I would do different 🙂
