Same WOD, different day? We ask our athletes to give it their all when they step on the workout deck.  You can’t go to the well like that every day.  That is why we build in a duplicate workout on WED and THURS so our athletes can all remain on the same page in the playbook but still vary their schedule to get proper rest and make it just a little more convenient to burn themselves down 3 to 5 times a week.

Some days your the windshield, some days your the bug. But if you keep training your windshield days outnumber the bug days.

    Well 7/7/10 it took me 2.5 hours to get home and so I was unable to make CF BUT went to the oh so fun (and freezing) Globo gym and did Tues WOD.

    today’s WOD was tough….and I went too light on the DL (115#) but with all the
    DL last night (135#) I think it was a SUPER wise choice.
