    Shoulder Press: 95, 135, 155 fail

    Row Row Don’t Ya Know: 17:59 couldn’t push through the fatigue on squats. Didn’t have it mentally.

    Had to force myself to get in there today and I’m glad I did.

    Did 95-115-125 (tied PR) on the Shoulder Press.
    Did the WOD in 15:02.
    The rowing wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be, except maybe the 600m – I thought it would NEVER end.

    Proud of Kelly finished this killer WOD in good time. Even though I had to message his neck for half an hour…

    This WOD kicked my butt, and I love rowing, but it took every ounce of energy to finish…ugggg, 18:15 🙁

    Liked the row row row your boat- it had sit ups- yea!!!. Did it in 15:19 . However tweaked my shoulder in the SHOULDER PRESS.-it was hard not using my hips – did 65 lbs.
