Enjoyed this WOD. Teamed with Gary and Jonathan with 165 lbs for the squats. Turned in a 10:37 time. Strength (push press) was top at 165 lbs working with Steve, Gary , and Johnathan.
These quick hitting WOD’s are enjoyable.

      Hi, Ryan
I am glad you decided to give the great Silverback nation a try.
      I see you are hooked:)

I know You are asking Jim this question. But I figures I better be nice to my dentist. So here I go.

Nice to be back with the morning group, and not just because it’s 20 degrees cooler than 5:30pm.

Push press wasn’t impressive this morning – still a little spent from last nights DL and WOD. Good job Jim and Steve. Extra points to Jonathon for holding 165lbs at half mast for at least 10 seconds.

Liked the WOD. A little light on squats at 165lbs, but running felt good this morning. Finished in 10:31.

Worked out with my brother-in-law this AM. Did:
    5rds for time
    400m Run
    30 Box Jumps
    20 Situps

    Time: 27:15
    It was a grind!

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I liked this WOD! I wish I could have gone a lot heavier but gotta heal the wrist first. Time was 11:56 with 75#
I am going for a follow up appt. with my gp today and I think I’ll take today as my off day…I am going to go to the park tonight to run though.

105# on the push press, a first for me.
WOD 12:01 with 75#. Should have probably gone heavier but running still sucks the wind out of me!!! Tuesday was a crazy day and Thursday will be another crazy day!!!!

      Practice practice Marianne!

      I’ve been running 2-3x/wk for about 10yrs.

I always get a kick out of the comments on what a ‘fast runner’ I am. When I run with my buddies at lunch I’m ALWAYS the slowest one. Course I doubt they have much of a D.L. in them . . . but when it comes to running they smoke me.
