Fight Gone Bad

Wall Ball (max reps in 1 min)

Sumo Deadlift High Pull (max reps in 1 min)

Box Jump (max reps in 1 min)

Push Press (max reps in 1min)

Row (1 min for calories)

3 Rounds total (1 min rest between rounds, no rest between movements).

Add total # of repetitions for score.

    I, as usual when I see FGB on the board, wanted to throw up. It just seems like so much pressure…..more than I want. But then, something happened. We started the workout and the gym just got electrifying. It was one of those, you had to be there kind of things I guess, but I’m glad I was there.

    Lynn, You were awesome. Great coach and great competitor today! I am so proud of you!!

    My old scaled score was 268, my last score for standard women was 234 and today my standard score was 271. I’m thrilled, I’m elated. Matt, thank you so much for what you are doing for all of us.

    286 as rx’d except for box steps instead of jumps. PR by 46 points (and previous attempts were with a 12 lb wb). Now, only one more rep per set and I’ll be in the 300s.

    Agree with Casey; it was awesome having that much energy in the gym. And seeing how hard the first group went after it inspired me.

    Nice job, Niko. Take care of that back.
